Starting Work on Project

Invoicing

Payment for invoices is expected within 30 days of invoice date. Any account not paid within 30 days from invoice date is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. The amount of all reasonable attorney fees and costs, including appellate fees and costs, incurred by Green Jeans Creative in its efforts to collect delinquent accounts shall be paid by customer. Green Jeans Creative reserves the right to terminate any further work for customer if payment is not received as stated by terms above. 

Information Provided by Client

If clients provide Green Jeans Creative with any text, images, designs, or other content for incorporation into their design, they unconditionally represent and warrant that they have all appropriate and necessary right and authority to use such text, images, designs, or other content and that the client's use will not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right of any other party.
